I didn't gate the new gate code for my booking

If you aren't receiving the email appointment/ booking reminders a day prior to your booking with the latest gate code then please make sure to check your account details are up to date and make sure the receive 'reminders and schedule changes' box is ticked.

You must have this "Reminders and Schedule Changes" Email box ticked to receive the latest gate code a day prior to your booking 

1. Log in to your LifeTime Tennis Mindbody Account2. Check your email is correct3. Check the 'reminders and schedule changes' box is ticked

1. Check Details and click edit if boxes are unticked

2. Edit details and Tick the email box for reminders and schedule changes

4. Click Save to complete the process
