Cancelling a paid court hire booking

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the commencement of your booking time to be eligible for a credit.
If you have made a payment for the booking, please send us an email with the account name that your booking was under and we can organise a credit for you to rebook at a later date.
Credits aren't automatically processed through the system so please let us know and we can process your credit quickly.

Cancellations can be made through your LifeTime MindBody account.
To cancel your booking,

  1. log in and click on the 'My Info' tab then select 'My Schedule'
  2. You can now see all your current bookings
  3. Select the booking you would like to cancel and click 'cancel' on the far right of the booking, please see the picture below.
  4. Credits are not automatically processed by our system.  If you are eligible for a credit, please contact admin@lifetimetennis.com.au and LifeTime staff will credit your LifeTime account for future use

If any payment was made for the booking, please contact us via email admin@lifetimetennis.com.au and our staff can help add a credit to your LifeTime account for you to use for your next booking.
